I was skeptical about the RGBIC feature but it actually works really well. I can have blue on one end and purple on the other, which normal LED strips can't do. Setup with the Kasa app took less than 10 minutes.
The colors are gorgeous and the music sync mode is genuinely fun for movie nights. My only complaint is that the adhesive started peeling after a couple months in my slightly humid bedroom, so I had to add some extra mounting clips.
